Saint’s Bread is a Cleansing Diet for Purists! Imagine going all day eating only 4 cookie-size amounts worth of raw food, taking only minutes of preparation for the whole day and the feeling of eating the purest food available and not being hungry. So much of the battle is just chemistry. If nothing else is eaten except these 3 or 4 portions until dinner - it is surprising how much energy is felt during the day and usually a loss of weight. This works similar to the HCG diet but eliminates many of the longings, constipation, difficulty buying, slow loss, etc. Eat supper 2-3 hours after the last Bread. Peanut butter is the only thing added to the package. Other nut butters can be substituted but tend toward allergic reactions when used daily. If a sensitivity to peanut butter was noticed in the past then freezing it for 24 hours at -20 degrees may make a difference.
